How do I get one of those pictures by my name :wave: and how do I put smilies in my replies?

Choose from the list.

If you want a Custom Image then you will have to Subscribe to CTH.

There are a few ways to use smilies.
If you can remember the names then you can type in the code.

When in the Reply page (or if you use Quick Reply then click Go Advanced)
The list of Smilies is on the Right and there is also a "More" link.

You can simply click on the Smilie and it will be inserted into the Reply Box.

If you click the More link then you will see a list of the Smilies and their Code.

So when you do get used to them you can add your favourites just by typing the code in your message :)

Here's a tip for smilies, if you know of a smilie website that allows you to direct/hot link from them, in other words, they allow you to use the smilies from their website using their urls. Just create a notepad file naming it somat like errrr, Smilies, add all the urls to that file, next to the urls you could name the smilies yourself just so's you'll remember what they are. Then have that file open ready for each time you want to use a certain smilie, just remember to add the tags at the front of the url text, and at the end of the url text!! :)

I just have to drag a smilie from there on to wherever I want it putting.
