klez virus

have windows nt 4.0 server,i used norton antivirus to clean up the w32klez virus.
Then I went into safe mode and used the klez tool so I would be sure the machine was clean and not hiding in any boot system folders. Anyway it found 50 infected files and norton cannot delete them. It wants me to do it manually. When I try, in command prompt or with the GUI,it says" Access Denied". I looked at the attributes and the only thing checked is the archive file. So why won't windows let me delete these files? I need to totally clean out this machine.

Are you logging on to the Administrator account to do this?

I did log on as an administrator.
