Outlook XP rules

I am having trouble with OutlookXP rules can anyone help?

I have several rules set up to move incoming e-mail to various folders. Most of the time this works fine but a few incoming e-mails get missed and left in my inbox. If I go to rules wizard and run it manually these left behind mails are picked up and moved. This suggests the incoming header is OK. Is there anything I can do to make all mail go through the wizard.:(

I've had this happen too and was unable to find anything on Microsoft's site regarding it. How often does it happen? I recommend Outlook 2000, I've used them all, and that one has been the best so far.

This happens almost every time I start Outlook XP. I have found mentions of this problem on several other sites but no cure. Is it yet another Microsoft bug?
