Interesting outlook problem

I am getting following error. Actually I have written a program to send emails automatically. I want to remove this dialog back and want to make it completely automatic. Please suggest so that the program will send emails automatically.

If you're using Outlook Express (as opposed to Outlook, OE's big brother), in OE, go to Tools>Options>Security tab and uncheck "Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me," click OK.

I couldn't find anything similiar in Outlook 2000.
