Error message

As soon as I boot up my PC this message comes on. (The dynamic library msvcr71.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\Program Files\Common Files\AOL\ACS;.;C:\WINNT\system 32;C:\WINNT\system 32;C:\WINNT\system 32;C:\WINNT\system 32;C:\WINNT\system 32;\Wbem)

I called aol thinking it was an aol problem but nothing they asked me to do worked. I had to delete the whole program and now when I try to install it I get the message again!

This download (ftp://ftp.eyesopen.com/pub/misc/MSVC71runtime.zip) should fix it up. Just unzip the file content and copy the file to each of those directories that it says is missing the file.

How do i find the directories to copy the file? I've never done anything like this before
