This is a bit of a long shot but here goes.
I recently contacted Mindscape regading a technical problem with Printmaster Home Suite 8.00.001-Product No: 377922E.
I have received an automated response telling me that they no longer support the product.
The problem I have is that I have been using the program for a couple of years now. I recently changed my graphics card from a Voodoo 3 3000 to an MSI Nvidia Geforce FX5600 and I now find that when I run the program and open a project I cannot see any graphic nor text in the main work area. This happens whether I'm opening a previously saved project or a new one from scratch.
If I click Print Preview everything is shown.
As this has only happened since changing my graphics card I have to assume there is some compatability problem with the graphics card which I've been unable to resolve.
If anyone can help I'd be eternally grateful.
