I tried every way I can think of to get my zip 100 USB to work with Win 2K pro. I can get it to install and run for a while then it will stop working with a message about not being able to find drive G. In the events viewer I get the error 11, "The device detected a controller error on\device\harddesk1\DR5"
Any ideas on this one. Thanks.

Update. Problem solved. I have two USB ports on my computer. Only one was enabled in the BIOS. I had the zip drive hooked to the disabled port. Enabled the port in the BIOS, reinstalled the software-problem solved. :)

You need to enable the second USB port in the BIOS and then....*...oh...uh...too late, huh? ok.
