Hi Destroyer, welcome to CTH.

What are your system specs.

Ram, Video card, Processor, ect...

Do you have the latest video drivers?

Do you have the latest Direct X installed?

What programs are running in the background when playing these games?

Does this happen with all games?

Make sure your system has adequate ventilation.

Also let us know what you have already tried.

SP3?!

Why not download Service Pack 4, which may fix your problem?
