getting passwords from 2000 professional

I cannot remember my Microsoft network clients password nor can i go to another computer and access my computer from theirs with out a password. how can i get those passwords so i can become an active member of my network. 4 computers are running 2000 PRO and 2 others aree running 98SE i have also hooked up 2 different printers. Is this a home network or a business network? I'm really hoping that you are not the Network admin because if you are you are plain out-of-luck. The only option I see is to go to your Network/System's Administrator and have him reset your password.

no this is in my home basement. I just like to fool around alot. but someday would like it to be up and running 100% if there is such a thing
