Question unable to boot from DOS

I am experiencing problem with booting of my computer. The spec. is IBM Netnifity 3000 two SCSI HD one IBMserveRAID card one AHA-2960U2B SCSI card one floppy one CD-ROM. Because it is second hand so no W2K soft and HD was formatted. Before I buy W2K I like to confirm the HD is good so I tried to boot from A: with bootdisk.exe for W2K or madboot.exe but all failed. when power on screen shown RAID bios first then SCSI bois and said no boot SCSI device found can't boot from SCSI device the screen change to configration setup after 5 second system ask me insert bootable floppy to A:. The pc still won't boot neither insert floppy before power on nor when it asked. the floppy drive is confirmed good on other PC and dreive run only one second the stop, repeat ask to insert bootable floppy. Can anyone who can tell me how to boot this machine.

Welcome

Just to confirm the floppy, try unplugging the HDDs so you only have the floppy connected.
You could also remove the SCSI/RAID card.
Also check in the BIOS that A:/Floppy is Boot Device.

Download and run this file
http://files.frashii.com/~bootdisk/file111/boot98c.exe
When run it will prompt for a floppy disk to create a startup disk.

See if you can boot from it.
