guys i need help installing any os...

Hi, recently i had to reformat my hard drive and now when i start up my comp it says no os found. I need an os, and dont want to pay money. Basically, i want the computer to go on the internet and play counterstrike...

PS: Does anyone know where i can get win95 from, because i have the serial number and original case. I just lost the cd.

unfortunately, you will have to purchase a copy of a operating system if you want to be legal. This board will not help you with getting a free copy.

But I dont Think You will Be able to Play counterstrike but surely you can browse the net if your hardware is compatible

It sounds like he has the license i.e. the case and the serial number. He can legally borrow someone else’s media (CD) and load the OS as long as he legally owns the license.
