"True Story"

While was going to college,I played manager at a set of triplex and duplex homes for free
rent.

One day when I came home from school there was this very clear odor coming from the rental "duplex" next door ****GAS LEAK****!!!!!! The people that were renting was a young couple that smoked joints "grass" like most folks back then smoked cigs (a pack a day).

Anyway I ran over there and the front door was open with the two sitting in the living room rolling up some *smokes* with no care in the world!
"Hey can't you smell that gas leak!?!? I forgot their reply. I yelled for them to get out of the house while I ran around the back to turn off the gas valve---called the fire dept--gas co---x-motherinlaw "just in case I needed someone to stuff down the pipe for blockish".....

Ran back over to the house and the girl was cooking up something on the stove?!?! (dah--we have the munches....).. When the gas/fire people got there,they cleared everyone out on the entire block..

The gas leak was coming from inside the kitchen wall . A pipe fitting broke apart.

Of course someone had to take the blame so the owner canned/fired me, which I could of cared less. I went back there about three months later and the new manager was another college student and the same young couple was still renting that house .
