RUNDLL32.exe Problems

I have read thru many things that have explained how to fix the rundll32 problems.

I dont get errors persay. I just click on something and it doesn't open and low and behold I CTRL ALT DEL and there it is .. in the box I end task on that and what ever it was I was attempting to open comes up. but forget shutdown once that bugger gets up in that run box .. It makes no matter if you end task or not .. im shutting down by the power button.

Someone had a cab fix and I opened msdos and typed in exactly what they showed to type and it said invalid switch or something.

I went to a site that showed a fix .. pc doctor .. and that found a bunch of errors . or so it said .. but then to fix them I had to subscribe for 40.00 which would give me a 30 day key code to fix the problem.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?????????????????????????????????

Signed .. RUN RUN RUNS RAMPID

Question no messages

I don't get the normal error messages .. the pc just freezes and I do the ctl-alt-del ... and I end task on the rundll32 ... and most of the time I can navigate thru things again. The problem is when I go to open something .. and the mouse does the working thing then goes back to pointer but nothing opened. and I look and that rundll32 is in the end task box. I wish I knew what the error was then I would at least have a point of refrence...

I did however go to the help menu I typed in cab files..
it gave two options .. one to scan and another to extract from instalation disc.
I did extract the win_21 cab file to C:\windows\system and when it was done I clicked shutdown and .. IT DID

DID I fix the problem ? I doubt it LOL but for the first time in days I dont see that windll32 in the end task box when I look.
