Ok. I've followed all of the advice on this thread: http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21160
and on this one:

with no results. My Add/Remove Programs still won't open. This has been going on over a month. I did have my homepage hijacked, but that seems to be cleared up (though I notice that the "Reset Web Settings" in my IE Tools menu is still there).
Is there anything else I can try short of stripping my C:\ drive down to nothing and rebuilding?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I've tried everything...
