Idiot Sighting #1:
I was at the airport, checking in at the gate, when the airport employee asked, "Has anyone put anything in your baggage without your knowledge?" I said, "If it was without my knowledge, how would I know?" He smiled and nodded knowingly, "That's why we ask."

Idiot Sighting #2:
The stoplight on the corner buzzes when it is safe to cross the street. I was crossing with an intellectually challenged coworker of mine, when she asked if I knew what the buzzer was for. I explained that it signals to blind people when the light is red. She responded, appalled, "What on earth are blind people doing driving!"

Idiot Sighting #3:
At a good-bye lunch for an old and dear coworker who is leaving the company due to "downsizing," our manager spoke up and said, "this is fun. We should have lunch like this more often," Not another word was spoken. We just looked at each other like deer staring into the headlights of an approaching truck.

Idiot Sighting #4:
I worked with an Individual who plugged her power strip back into itself and for the life of her could not understand why her system would not turn on.

Idiot Sighting #5:
When my husband and I arrived at an automobile dealership to pick up our car, we were told that the keys had been accidentally locked in it. We went to the service department and found a mechanic working feverishly to unlock the driver's side door. As I watched from the passenger's side, I instinctively tried the door handle and discovered it was open. "Hey," I announced to the technician, "it's open!" "I know," answered the young man. "I already got that side..."

So I say I spent like four hours. I couldn't do anything. They couldn't give me anything. They couldn't give me any information. They're just transferring you around and eventually someone will just hand out on my phone and I just waiting there and listen

Are there any comments you would like to share that will help HP improve your service experience?
I was hoping that if when we call... When the customers call the technical support and my product is just a little bit more than one month so I couldn't return it that's you guys policy I understand that, but the product is still in one year warranty so in something like that suppose if the people that visit it's something like this is a local support... Technical support you guys should have because of this kind of local technical support. We cannot get the support from the international technical support we should be able to get some kind of a... Like a phone number and to have a local technical support that can support people in the United States, you know what I mean, I don't want to go through the phone line and be sent to the people in the India and talking about the language that... Although it's English, but it's pretty hard to understand the phone disturbs every couple of seconds your sentence is not just complete and there answer is they just transfer you around and eventually they just cut you out and you waste like an hour and hours and hours waiting and you can not get your problem solved, but if you guys have local technical support that I can... For example I live in Illinois and then I can just call the people in Illinois and ask them what the solution to my product.

What most caused you to be dissatisfied with the support provided by HP?
I think it's because they are not in the United Sates they are not amurican And that's one thing so the phone line disturbs the people... The language it's hard to understand.

Please briefy descride the problem or issue as you see it?
