Welcome :)

If you pulled the plug out then you could have severaly damaged the hardware.

What happens when you turn on the PC?
Do the fans spin?
Do the Harddrives spin?
Do the CD drives recieve power?

Dear,
When I turn on my computer, the fans spin; Harddrives? No idea.
The CD drives do not receive power.
The lamp on the key board only give once blink and black!

It could be that you have damaged the PSU.
Obviously it is still working if the fans have power, but no power to the CD drives would point towards the power supply.

It's basically trial and error.

Pulling out the plug could have shorted the Motherboard, CPU, RAM, Graphics, PSU.
So basically you will have to find which of those are fried.

Taking the PC apart and reassembling it may help.
Clearing the CMOS could give it a kickstart.

As before, if some devices are receiving power, but some are not then it may be a faulty PSU.

In that case you would need to replace it with a decent brandname PSU.

How about the floppy drive going south---and for sure the vidio --
or it could be--- stop on all errors, and its the BIOS
