IBM P/C running Windows 95 Help Please

I have a IBM Aptiva P/C that i am trying to get ready to donate to our local library.I was cleaning out some of the programs installed on it and somehow i removed some system files.I do not have a restore CD,When i shut down and restart all i get is a black screen with about 20 error messages saying this file is corrupt or missing etc.How can i get Windows back Please help Thank You

What are the error messages you are getting? If you plan on donating this computer, make sure you don't have sensitive data (bank info, credit cards, etc.) in there, since it can be retrievable if they want to.
