Win 2k users question

Ok, I'm still a little clueless when it come to messing around with these settings, but I seem to have been able to create multiple user accounts. Anyhow, my question is, is it possible to change some setting so that the internet connection doesn't drop out when you change users?

TIA

Chris

Welcome

Using Dial-Up or Broadband?

Broadbard shouldn't, unless you are required to dial-in to it.

Otherwise, when you log off you are closing the programs/connections.

Nah, I use dialup internet. Well I saw that it was possible to do using XP so I thought maybe I could do it with 2k, but I spose it's a completely different ball game. It makes changing between users just that little bit more painful, having the connection drop out that is.

Thanks anyway.

XP has the switch users option which actually keeps the user logged on.
