resource conflict on boot up

Can anyone help me get my other computer to at least boot up. Everything was working fine until I turned on my other puter with a memorex card reader plugged into a usb pci slot. Now the screen says Resource Conflict-PCI Serial Bus Controller In Slot 01 Bus: 01 Device OE, Function:02
F1 to setup F2 to resume
I dont know what to do when I go to setup and when I press F2 nothing happens.
The puter I am using now is about to put me down so if y'all can help me get the other one straightened out I sure would appreciate it. That way I can at least I have one working at a time.

have you tried to simply remove the card?

Your advice was right on the money.A simple solution for what I thought was a major screw up on my part.
