i accedentally deleted my microsoft paint program from my computer. i was wondering if my hp pavilion recovery cd can gain this program back without deleting any other programs. does anyone know the dos code for paint in dos shell. thanks.

Search your primary drive i.e. in most cases c: drive. Type mspaint and you will get the icon.

If you have deleted the .exe file then you have to go to control panel "Add Remove Programs" >> "Window Components"
