Real Player won't load

I have been trying to use Real Player to open WMV files that keep causing Media Player to crash, but every time I right click on the file, and select open with. Nothing happens, I get the hour glass then back to the mouse and then nothing at all. I was really hoping that someone could help me with my Media Player problem, or at least my Real Player problem because I like how both of them look, and don't want to start using something new.

Does Real Player open from the Real Player Shortcut?
Have you tried re-installing Real Player?

As for WMV files, what verison of media player are you using?

Hi,

There's a version 10 of RealPlayer now, look for update and you should get it. When you install you can select it to read WMV files. Sounds like you should update Media Player too.

I CAN'T GET REALPLAYER TO LOAD WHEN I UPDATED TO REAPLAYER 10 I BEGAN GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE "REALPLAYER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN DIBENG.DLL" OR "REALPLAYER HAS CAUSED ERROR IN GDI.EXE" ANY SUGGESTIONS OR HOW TO RESOLVE THIS CONFLICT?:(
