Question Micron Transport Trek 2 nbku375 laptop

I have a Micron Transport Trek 2 mbku375 laptop. I don't have any of the original software for it. Does anyone know where a downloadable version of the software can be found? I have gone to the actual Micron site, but they don't have anything like that.

Thanks,
Tara

I have the same laptop, but mine ran out of warranty. I do not think the software is available anymore. Sorry.

So what do you do if it crashes? How do you reboot it?
What I'm needing it for; is I want to clear everything out and just start fresh. Do you know how I can acheive this?
Thanks for your time,
Tara

How do you do that (format)? I think I know, but could you give me a brief explanation?
Thanks!

NOTE: if you have to format, please be aware that you are going to empty out your hard drive. Anyway enter command prompt and type c:/format.

Formatting will clear out everything, but unless you have the original software that came with it, or are willing to purchase a retail install CD, you'll not have the operating system that you're currently using (I'm assuming you're using some version of Windows) as well as any of the other applications that came with the computer.
