Norton Ghost Problem

Hi'a everyone :wave:

I have just installed Norton Systemworks Pro 2004 on my pc. I am running XP home. I have just attempted to back up my hard disc to a file, using Ghost. I only get so far, and then receive this error message.

'Cannot Find Start Agent. (0x80040154)'

I've looked in google, but can't find anything. So as the movie says... 'Help me Obi-One Canobi, you're my only hope!'

I'm not a pc expert so layman's terms would be appreciated....thanks guys..

I have never seen that error before.
Is that the exact error message?

Are you tring the Ghost from Windows or DOS?
