acrobat reader

My site consists of a html homepage file and a set of pdf files linked to the homepage.
I want to enable surfers to read and dowload my pdf files, but most of them don’t have the Acrobat Reader
How shall I proceed to enable reading my files to everybody?
Please advise

Thanks

most new computers comes with Adobe Acrobat Reader, there is a chance they do not have the file association right. However, provide a link in the page to adobe acrobat reader at adobes website. There are advantages to using pdf and you don't need to lose that advantage by going to something that is less secure and even more likely not be readable.
