Please , I need HELP...this is going on for a while now and don't know what to do ..I have done a search on it but nothing comes up on that....

I had downloaded "Registry First Aid " back in April and it had given me a lot of trouble so I uninstalled it , but ever since I did that I have that error comming up about every second or thirt start up with
' Error Starting Program ' The IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem '....

When I first started to get this error, I was trying to do a system restore from an earlier date before I had downloadet the Registry First Aid , but I could not do it...There was no restore date anywhere that I could get back too..It was like as when I had uninstalled that program it took all my restore'l dates with it....

I was hopeing it would go away after a while but it didn't....
Can someone please tell me what kind of file this is or what it is good for...
Any help on this is greatly appreciate it....

Thank you,....
Gabriele
