compaq disk
I just purchased a used compaq presario 1010 laptop. I tried to reload the op sys and had the wrong disk now the laptop won't boot up what can I do?

For clarification: What operating system was on the laptop? What did you install? Did you reformat then install or was it an upgrade? Did you use the restore disk that came with the laptop? or Was it one you already had?
