Exclamation IE6 SP1 Problem

I Have Just DFFR And Put On A New HDD ..When I Load IE6 SP1 On Im Unable To Open Links In A New Window. It Brings Up a Second Window WHich Is Blank Or Copies Part Of The Original Page I was Looking At. And It Just Seems To Freeze. I Have Tried Letting It Sit For Almost Two Hours To See If It Would Eventually Load But They Never DO. I Have SInced Removed SP1 But I Dont Want To Use IE5 Nor Outlook Express 5 Please Any Help To Find A Fix Would Be Much Appreciated

Welcome

When did this start?

You say that you have removed SP1, so does it work without it?

Have you run a Virus and Spyware scan?
