looking for new KsProxy.ax

iam using the dazzle movie star 4.1. iam getting the error class not registered. dazzle's website said the problem has somthing to do with replacing this file 'KsProxy.ax' but they do not provide it. any ideas?
pc details:
pentium 2 , windows me, sony pcv e314ds 256 mb ram .

You should be able to extract it from the ME CD.
