Mozilla Works and then Wont

I switched to Mozilla Firefox from IE, and works fine for awhile but then stops, wont load at all
Happened before and I uninstalled and reinstalled and was good to go again
But am wondering why this happens, anyone else had this problem?

What happens?
What error messages / pages?
Does IE still work?

Do a spyware scan just incase

IE still works
Nothing happens, no error report. The hourglass comes up as if it were going to open then just disappears.
I did Ctrl/Alt/Del to see if it was just not responding but doesnt show that it is not responding
I will do the check for spyware
I ran StartupList to see if it was trying to open and this is the log I got

Boot into Safemode and see if it will open.

Also do a Virus scan in Safemode.

Have you downloaded alot of themes and extensions into Firefox? Could be one of those are the problem. Go to Start>All programs>Firefox and run Firefox in safe mode. Start uninstalling extensions/themes until you get Firefox working again.

I havent done anything with themes and downloads, so I am not sure what to uninstall.
I dont think that is the problem, as I said above it started working after I did a restart.
Any other suggestions?

Did the virus scan in safe mode and nothing happens. When Mozilla was loading at one point it loaded everything on the page except the bar with the Firefox Help/Support/Plug-in info.
Fingers crossed it is still working at this point
Thanks for your help tho
