Which version of Windows do you have? If you're running Windows 98, 2000, or XP Pro, you can install web server software (Internet Information Services) from Microsoft, or for any other version, you can download and install Apache.

For the router, the defualts are:

Login: (leave blank)
Password: admin

Keep in mind that if you changed this at one point, you'll have to reset the router, but that will clear all your settings.

Once you get into the router, there should be an option somewhere (sorry, don't know linksys well) that will let you forward all HTTP (Port 80) traffic to a computer on your network.
