Hi My friends and I are having trouble with our Internet, we log on alright but cannot get the homepage up as the two tv on the taskbar are inactive and we have to turn the computer off and try again, we are running xp and netcomm usb v92, apprecate your help. Terry Horton.

Hi Terry:
Have you checked the connections on the back, are they in tight? Are you using a dsl modem or a cable modem? Are there lights on the modem on? Are the cables plugged in tight to the modem? Do you have a router? Your homepage might come up because it could be a 'stored' page, but if you can't navigate then your connection is gone. In order to determine this we need a little more info.

Hi Melodi. I have a dialup modem, all connections and everything is working ok The trouble is when we connecton the Internet we always connect on to the Internet, but we can't activate the Internet as nothing will come up, we have to shut the computer down and restart it again maybe three times before we can activate the web pages, it is never the same when we connect to the Internet it may work on the second connection or it may work on the fifth connection, We have a Netcomm 56/v90 usb modem, we updated our modem drivers, I lost what to do next.
