I use to think I was somewhat computer literate, but now I realize I'm completely computer illiterate with all these new viruses and such affecting computers!
A couple weeks ago I started to notice that there were multiple Iexplorer programs running, even on startup. I get "Iexplorer has caused an an error in <unknown>." Iexplorer doesn't close, but the message keeps coming up.
I've downloaded Spybot, but the problem hasn't gone away. Any suggestions as to what might be a solution? I've seen a lot about HijackThis. Is this something I should download?
Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it.
