Hello to everyone.

I have a toshiba sat laptop with xp pro installed, I want to go back to factory settings ( ME ), how do i install original disk`s...

RECOVERY CD WILL NOT LOAD.:upset:

you should have a restore disk or cd. Normally all you have to do is to insert it and reboot, then follow the onscreen instructions. .

What happens when you try to boot from the Recovery CD?
Does it check for a CD or just boot straight from the HDD?

Have you tried inserting the Recovery CD in Windows?

the last one i saw at work, was just ghost images. also have u checked add/remove because if u upgrade sometimes they allow you to rollback.
