IE won't logoff line

How do I setup in windows ME so when I close Internet Explorer it will log me off line with a dialup modem.. Thanks for any help you can give..

Goto Internet Options>Connections>
Choose your Dial-Up and click Settings

or goto Start>Settings>Dial-Up Networking>
and open the Dial-Up connection.


Now goto Properties>Dialing>
Select to Disconnect When Connection May Not Be Needed.
