bigger trouble

Ok. my hard dive is formated, but now what, i have a clean hard drive, start up disk, and a cd of win Me in start up Dos prom come up i look @ dir try all commands, even copy set up off cd from another computer to a disk still nothing,
what do i need to do , what am i missing the only way i sut down computer is by unplug ,.do i need to get a copy of another an other program or what

what happens when you insert the winme cd into the drive and reboot?

Boot from the Win98 Floppy Disk.

Look on screen to what it sets the CD-ROM drive letter to.
e.g. D:

When you get to the A:\> prompt type
d:\setup.exe
to start the setup from the CD.
