some webpages disable right click clicking in order to protect their copyrighted work. Sorry I will not help you bypass this feature.

Try deleting the files in your temporary internet folder.

did that plenty of times and still nothing
the only thing that i can think of was like 5 months ago i kept getting and error with IE
off hand i cant think of the error but i replaced a file that was causing the error
and since then this has been happening!
i just looked and the file i replaced was mshtml.dll error

Why did you replace mshtml.dll?
Did the problems start when you replaced it?
SLIM

i was getting the mshtml.dll error everytime i tried to use ie.
i mean all the time
so someone told me to d/l a new one and replce the old one.
that error doesnt happen anymore the only time i get that error is on the windows update page.
i cant update windows cause it gets the mshtml.dll error and wont let me continue.
so basically yea the right click problems started happening when i replaced it.

Are you sure you replaced the file with the correct version?

someone gave me a link to all .dll files and i got it from there.
so im guessing yea its the right one.
unless u have a link for another one and ill d/l and install that one instead and see if it helps.
only problem is i forgot how i installed the other one.

I had this kind of error one time, and I hated it because I couldn't open pages in new windows with the right mouse button. This problem occurs from programs like: yahoo companion, misc toolbars, popup blockers, anything that has to do with making the internet browsing experience better, also you can always post your running processes so i can get a better idea of whats going on
I just picked this up:
NoBrowserContextMenu - Disable right-click context menu.
Read it at this site:

Goto Start>Run> and type REGEDIT
When the program opens goto Edit>Find> and type NoBrowserContextMenu then press the Find Next button.
If it finds an entry then double click it and change the value to 0 (zero)
Press F3 to Find Next to check if there are any other entries.

Hi,
It doesn't seem to be the same problem, but just to test
download this program http://www.x-setup.net/downloads/home.asp?lang=EN
When in the program click CLASSIC
then navigate through to
Internet\Internet Explorer\Interface Lockdown\Appearance Options
Make sure Enable Right-Click HTML Menu is checked.
If it is then uncheck it,
Apply,
Then Check it. Apply.
SLIM

Have you tried a different browser such as Mozilla?
Does it right-click?
Does right-clicking in other programs work?

I'm stumped.
You seem to have tried all the methods that would disable the context Menu.
When in Xteq, did you try toggling the option?
May be uncheck it and reboot, then recheck it.
Internet\Internet Explorer\Interface Lockdown\Appearance Options
Make sure Enable Right-Click HTML Menu is checked.
If it is then uncheck it,
Apply,
Then Check it. Apply.
