Installing Windows XP Pro:

Hello everyone: I have followed everyones advise on installing my second hard drive and partitioning and formatted it and it went great. I am now ready to install Windows XP Pro on the second hard drive. I have Windows 98SE on my Drive C and on the second hard drive a Primary Partition (D) and one Extention Partition (E). My question is before installing Windows XP do I have to start my computer and let it boot into Windows 98 then insert the Windows XP CD and install that way? Thank You for any help again. Don.

No,

Insert the XP CD and boot from it.
Choose New Installation then the drive to install to.
