Just got games. Won't let game access site for update. I just got games. I have AVG Free and Sygate one this PC. Recently reformated and when the game was loading etc. it tried to go to it's own site or what not and it was not able to. Sygate asked me if I wanted to allow the access to the site, I clicked yes and it seemed to be going well. Then it stopped and a window said problem, not able to, check your internet settings or disk space. What's up? Please help. Thank you. I don't know if this is in the right place. If not, please feel free to move, but tell me. Or if you can, before you move it, how do I access all my posts. I did this once and have not navigated to it since. Thanks.

What game was it and what site was it trying to access?

Uninstalled it, no worries.

Can you please explain what the problem is that you are having?

Try turning off sygate before launching the game:)
If you have already tried that tell us.

How do ya turn off sygate? And then turn it back on?

It should be in the tray (by the clock in the bottom right corner) It's either an icon with 2 arrows (one up one down) or an "S", right click it and choose "Exit Firewall"

You either restart the computer or find sygate in the start menu and launch it back up. (if it is not in the start menu it is at C:\Program Files\Sygate\SPF\smc.exe)
