mouse problem...

Hi, I'm new. I'm not sure if this is a hardware problem or a software problem... every few seconds my computer lags for a second. so if I'm typing, or waving my mouse the computer freezes and continues a second later. this happens constantly, and I'm not sure what's causing.

I have windows 98

it could be alot of things from memory problems to spyware.

Tell about your computer, cpu, ram, harddrive size/space available.

Also post a hijackthis log per the instructions in this (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37546) thread
