VPN Through a LAN

Hey all,
I have been trying to set up a VPN for a while, and I have come almost all the way, but there remains one thing I can't figure. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. The network is set up as below

192.168.0.160 \___192.168.0.1- Internet -192.168.0.1____/192.168.0.120
192.168.0.130 / .....(Router).....Internet.....(Router)..........\ 192.168.0.100

192.168.0.130 is a Windows 2003 Server running routing and remote access
192.168.0.120 is a Windows 2000 Server running routing and remote access
192.168.0.1 on either side are routers (D Link)
The routers port forward port 1723 (VPN) to the servers.

If 192.168.0.100 connects to VPN server 192.168.0.130, the connection is made fine. However, if 192.168.0.160 tries to connect to VPN server 192.168.0.120, no connection can be made. If the port forwarding is changed to forward port 1723 to 192.168.0.160, the connection can be established. the port forwarding can't be left like this because incoming connections need to go to 192.168.0.130 (VPN Server)

i can get any extra information needed, any help would be great.
thanks, Nick.
