Can't change colours from the 16 colours setting, running windows 98. any help would be greatly appreciated and would save my eyes!

Sounds like you need to reload the drivers for your video card..

They will either be on your systemboard driver cd you should have gotten with your computer or on a separate video card driver disk..
Either that or you will have to go to the manufacturers website and download them from there..
What happened to cause the drivers to corrupt or uninstall to begin with??

The computer wouldn't shut down properly. Do I go on the Hewlett packard website, the video card is 3dfx Voodoo3.
