Hey all, Have a question that needs to be answered asap please.

Does anyone know what a TABLE SILENCER is?
Tried doing a search but came up with zilch, however i am not the greatest at searching things out. Any and all help with this is appreciated.

All I know is it has something to do with table clothes, napkins etc. Another words some sort of table accessory i believe. Never heard of this before but it was on a bill from my work so just curious.
