Outlook 2002

I have a problem with outlook 2002 on XP machine, when i click on the outlook icon to open it i get:

"Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting Outlook in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.

Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?

When i click yes it doesn't work anywayz, can someone help me out with this.

I also reinstalled Office xp and the same problem comes back, but when I loged in as a Administrator and setup the e-mail account for that person it works. thanks

Did you try a repair? Put the CD in and it should give you the option to repair.

And you uninstalled it and reinstalled it? Did this just start happening? Did you download something that might not 'play well' with outlook?

I read that article, thanks anyways, I didn't download anything, is there a way to check if something is causing problems?

I was hoping that someone else might offer and opinion too. Let me do some more checking, I know someone who's pretty good with it.

I did and it didn't help, I can't even start it in a safe mode.
its really frustrating.
