Access 2002-2003 Problem With Labels
I've been trying to create labels in Access and although my query returns the correct data...the labels I create in Reports using label wizard do not. When I do a print preview, a window pops up saying "enter parameter values" and then "trim". The actual print preview shows #Error in the name part of the label, the address appears correctly but the city, state and zip also show #error. I have emailed the database to a friend and it works fine on her computer. Everything else in Access seems to be working fine except the label making. This is a brand new computer (3 weeks old) and the software was downloaded by the manufacturer. If anyone knows how to fix this or has any ideas...please let me know! Thanks.

make sure the fields are exactly the same as whats in the database.
Also I found that doing address labels from access database in word is usually easier.
