View Full Version : FTP connects..... but no files where they used to be!?

I use FTP Commander to get a connection when need to download files to my website.
last time I used it was year ago, from uni computers (all the time) now i used here on mine and it connects but no files show in the right hand column.... it used to work... it doesnt now?
any thoughts

I don't use that ftp software however, check your settings to see if you have the proper window open. Also make sure you are not inside of an empty folder on your site.

uumm thanks for thought...... no folders or any info appeared at all to go into.... have cracked it though, thanks.
I had to change a tick box to 'passive' (whatever that did, it all appeared... just like old times.
