Weird Login to Cybertechhelp

Comment: In just a few days I have found Cybertechhelp to be a fantastic resource! Thanks!

Question: When I logged in just now, I was re-directed to another screen asking for my u/n and p/w again. After I provided that I was logged in but got a vBulletin Message saying, "The user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view." I don't understand as I thought I registered when I signed up and got a u/n and p/w. Can you help me out here? Is there something I need to do?

Thanks,

I would agree. Maybe just a bug in the system.

Is your account working ok now?

Degs,

It is probably a bug in the system but an annoying one. I am required to enter my login credentials twice. After the 2nd login, it lets me in but then I get that message.

It would be nice if that could be cleared up somehow.

Thanks,
