I changed the user info under server properties to use another email address. I logged out and logged in under that user name and password, and got the message when I tried to open Outlook 'Could not open your default email folders. Do you want to use your system file folders.' If I click yes Outlook opens and is not configured. There is no option to configure the server/user properties. If I choose no, then Outlook logs off and will not let me get back in, saying I do not have permission to open Outlook. I need email back. Please help!!!
