Msxml and Age of Mythology
ok heres the problem:
I installed Age of Mythology the other day (on windows 98), tried to run it and I got "MSXML 4.0 not installed correctly. It is required to run the game". so then I went to the microsoft website and all it said was to install the file from the cd by double clicking "MSXMLENU.MSI" and it should all be good. however, I tried that, and an error message said it was not a valid Win32 application. So I cant even install from the cd. Then i tried downloading MSXML 4.0 from the microsoft website, and the same thing happened - I cant install it. So any help to get the game workin' would be appreciated.Thanks.

Welcome to CTH me_hearties. You may need to install Windows Installer 2.0 first. Try the steps here

aye, I've done that already. I downloaded it, and it said the program was already on the computer, so I presume it was already installed. Thanks anyway.

OK, try this. Have a look in Add/Remove Programs. Is MSXML4 Parser installed on your PC? If so try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. See Method 6 here (not the same problem but it's worth a try).
