Netscape Resize Fix -- Does it Matter?

Dreamweaver has the Netscape Resize Fix option. Is this still necessary for modern browsers? Does it matter? If it does, where and when would you use it?

I use it on all of my pages because netscape resizes a little different than msie.

Depends on how you are designing your site.

If you are using CSS for positioning and size then it shouldn't be neccessary.
