audio files

I am looking for a good free or resonably priced program to convert mp3s to other audio formats. Also to cut and edit audio files. Any suggestions?

Here's about the best free one around http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ I use it all the time and never had a problem. You can also DL different codecs for different formats.
